Built-2-Suit (B2S) Warehousing facilities: Further value add, allowing you with the option to have the facility designed as per your needs - from a mere bare location (open / plinth level) right up-to your desired warehousing model (layouts, docking areas, amenities, Security, Office/working areas etc. These are also available on Lease/Rent for agreed period.
c. B2S with Logistics Infrastructure Add-on: These comprise of Warehousing Infrastructure addition on the Certified Standard or B2S formats, allowing you the option to Add-on Warehousing Infrastructure - like racking, MHE’s, Fixtures/furniture for Warehouse layouts, Warehouse safety equipments, IT-Infrastructure & automation equipments, IT hardware & peripherals, Dust-free zone & Aircon Areas, Cooling equipments & Cold rooms etc. as per your design. 2. Flexible Warehousing or Transit-Warehouse: Floor/pallet storage specially designed to accommodate the Consolidations, Merge-in-transit and Support waiting requirements (Inspection, commercial etc.).
3. Bonded warehousing: Alliances for smooth import warehouse operation and especially for the Import & Sell model duly enjoying the delayed payments on Customs & CVD apart from performing statutory & mandatory tasks & other value additions.
4. Temperature Controlled Warehousing & Cold Chain Distribution: Alliance for Temperature Controlled Warehouse operation Sub Zeros, cold rooms, Aircon areas for all types of cargo & other value additions and their distribution (cold chain part load, full truck loads etc.)
